Radisson LAX is one of Los Angeles’ premier hotels near Los Angeles International Airport with over 10 stories and 250 guest rooms. RenewAge completed a full building lighting system upgrade with occupancy controls and in-unit high-efficiency toilet upgrades. An analysis was also done to install variable frequency drives on their motors. The upgrade produced significant annual savings resulting in an efficient payback of 1.5 years.
