Southern California Orthopedic Institute (SCOI), one of Southern California’s premier orthopedic office and surgery centers, contracted RenewAge to complete a full building lighting system upgrade with occupancy controls, a full building energy management system (EMS) upgrade, ECM motor upgrades and the implementation of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) on motors. The combined upgrade produced significant annual savings resulting in an efficient payback of 2.6 years.
