Sunset Millennium contains 273,000 square feet of class A office space, a 371-room hotel and 183,000 square feet of retail and subterranean parking totaling 2,400 spaces. The property site spans three full contiguous city blocks along the south side of Sunset Boulevard, situated in the center of the areas entertainment and retail district with upscale shops, restaurant and hotels. The project is one of the largest and most high profile developments in Los Angeles.
